Week 46: Herbalife

Salaam and morning everyone. I'll be posting my menu since I'm taking Herbalife once again, senaman 6 more weeks "hutang". I hope by next week I'll get myself a new weighing machine. I'd like to check the ones in Giant. If not I'll just buy the exact same one I bought in One Utama.

Oops... 1 shakes only today :(

4 pieces of bread
salmon+mayonaise spreads
2 cups of milo

200ml Teamix
Water

1 cup of rice
2 tablespoon of small cuts of meat

200ml Teamix

Cookies
Water

2F1 Vanilla + 100ml soy + 150 water
400ml water

Just received this today. It's been almost two weeks and half I'm off Herbalife. It feels like an eternity. Next, buying a new weighing machine. I've just harvested money from my plants. Just like dlm Sims 2 :D

I'm off Herbalife for the time being(2/3 weeks already). When "pokai"ness is over I will continue with Herbalife and eventually update this blog.

Herbalife Week 45

I have finally bought 5 pieces of batteries(5 in 1 pack) and found out that my scale that I bought 9 months ago is busted... down right rosak :(. What luck!!

I've stopped exercising last week and this week. Will go back exercising next week when my examination is all over. I was told my exam was on the first week of December but then suddenly they changed it to 23rd November. I was quite depressed at first but now okaylah... boleh tahan.

Also I'm gonna try and detox herbalife for two days(tomorrow and lusa).

WT Week 6

Herbalife Week 43

On Saturday I found a weighing machine at Giant Kota Damansara. I was so excited but when I put then 20sen kan, the syiling didn't accepted it. Punya lah frust!!

Also I think since I've finished half way of this exercise on 5 days training out of 6 days every week, I might as well go through it 5 days only. I don't want to paksa myself and also be in denial. This is my new workout routine (Week 7 - Week 12):

Monday Cardio
Tuesday Weight train
Wednesday Cardio
Thursday Weight train
Friday Cardio
Sat & Sun No workout yippie!!!



Workout Missed
Sunday.

Cheat Day.
Ate roasted duck with rice for lunch at Homst Kota Damansara.
